Hi everyone, I’m considering upgrading our fire alarm system and I’ve come across the Potter PAD300-PD in the “New Offerings” category. It seems to be replacing the PAD200-PD. Can anyone provide some insight into the differences between the two models and whether the upgrade is worth it?

Certainly! The Potter PAD300-PD is indeed a newer model that offers several enhancements over the PAD200-PD. Firstly, it boasts improved sensitivity and detection capabilities, ensuring quicker response to potential fire hazards. Additionally, it features updated communication protocols, making integration with modern building management systems smoother and more efficient. Overall, if you’re looking to enhance the reliability and performance of your fire alarm system, upgrading to the PAD300-PD would be a prudent choice.
