I’m having trouble with my Simplex 4098-9770. It’s not detecting any carbon monoxide, but I’ve checked all the connections and everything seems fine. What could be the issue?

It’s possible that the sensor itself needs calibration or replacement. Carbon monoxide sensors can degrade over time and may require periodic maintenance. I’d recommend contacting Simplex or a certified technician to perform a calibration or inspection on the sensor. Additionally, ensure that the power supply to the sensor base is stable and within the specified voltage range.
