Hi all, I’ve been experiencing some issues with the Gamewell 30385 Auxiliary Relay Board in my fire alarm system. It seems to be malfunctioning, and I’m not sure where to start troubleshooting. Has anyone else encountered similar problems, and if so, how did you resolve them?

    Hey there,

When troubleshooting the Gamewell 30385 Auxiliary Relay Board, start by checking the power supply to ensure it’s functioning correctly. Verify that the wiring connections are secure and there are no loose connections or damaged wires. Additionally, inspect the board itself for any visible signs of damage or corrosion.

If everything seems to be in order physically, the next step is to check the programming and configuration settings. Ensure that the board is configured correctly according to the system specifications and that any programmed functions are properly set up.

If the issue persists after checking these aspects, it might be worth considering replacing the auxiliary relay board altogether, as internal component failures can sometimes be the culprit.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
