Hey I’m installing a System Sensor 4WTAR-B in my building, but I’m a bit confused about the wiring. Can someone provide guidance on how to properly wire this device?

Absolutely, Natalie! Sure! The System Sensor 4WTAR-B is a 4-wire photo, thermal, and sound detector designed for fire alarm systems. To properly wire it, you’ll need to connect the device to the appropriate terminals on your control panel. The red and black wires are for power (+24VDC) and ground, while the yellow and blue wires are for the signal and sounder circuit. Make sure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions and consult your local fire code regulations to ensure compliance with wiring standards.
