I’m having trouble with my Fire-Lite MS-4 panel. It seems like the system is not responding properly to alarms, and I’m not sure where to start troubleshooting. Any suggestions?
First, check if the panel is displaying any trouble indicators or error codes. This can give us a clue as to what might be going wrong. Then, ensure that all devices (detectors, pull stations, etc.) are properly connected to the panel and functioning correctly. If there are no visible issues, try resetting the panel and see if that resolves the problem.
