I’m having some trouble with my Edwards Signaling GCF-S7 speaker. It’s white with a ‘FIRE’ marking and operates at 70V with selectable wattage. I’ve connected it properly, but it’s not producing any sound. What could be the issue?

Hey there! Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing with your Edwards Signaling GCF-S7 speaker. Let’s troubleshoot this together. Firstly, ensure that the speaker is receiving power by checking the power source and connections. Sometimes, loose connections or faulty wiring can cause the speaker to not function correctly.

Next, verify the wattage setting on the speaker. Make sure it’s set to the appropriate wattage for your system. Incorrect wattage settings can result in no sound output.

Additionally, check if there’s any obstruction in front of the speaker that might be blocking the sound. Sometimes, dust or debris can accumulate and affect the sound output.

If you’ve checked all of these and the issue persists, there might be a problem with the speaker itself. In that case, you may need to contact Edwards Signaling support for further assistance or consider replacing the speaker if it’s under warranty. Hope this helps!
