Sure, here are a few steps you can try:

Check Power Supply: Ensure that the power supply to the MR-201 is stable and within the required voltage range. Fluctuations or insufficient power can cause malfunctions.

Inspect Wiring Connections: Verify that all wiring connections to the MR-201 are secure and properly connected. Loose or damaged wires can disrupt functionality.

Clean Sensor Chamber: Dust or debris accumulation within the sensor chamber can interfere with proper operation. Clean the sensor chamber carefully using a soft brush or compressed air.

Reset Device: Try resetting the MR-201 by powering it off for a few minutes and then turning it back on. This can sometimes resolve minor glitches or errors.

Check for Faulty Components: If the issue persists, there may be a faulty component within the MR-201. Contact our technical support team at firealarm.com for further assistance or to schedule a repair.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
