Hi everyone, I’m having some trouble with my Vesda VES-A10-P. It seems like it’s not detecting smoke properly. I’ve checked the filters and cleaned them, but still no luck. Any ideas on what could be causing this issue?

Hey there, sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing with your Vesda VES-A10-P. If you’ve already checked and cleaned the filters, the next step would be to ensure that the air sampling points are free from obstructions and properly aligned. Sometimes, even slight misalignment can affect the sensor’s performance. Additionally, double-check the airflow within the sampling pipe network to ensure it’s consistent and unobstructed. If all these seem fine and you’re still facing issues, it might be worth checking the power supply and connections to the unit to ensure everything is properly connected and functioning. If the problem persists after these steps, it might be necessary to contact a certified technician for further diagnosis and possible sensor replacement. Let us know if you need further assistance!
