I’m having trouble with my Potter PAD200-DUCTR. The alarm seems to be malfunctioning, and I can’t figure out why. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue?

Sure, we can help with that. First, let’s start by checking if the air sampling tubes are properly installed and not obstructed. Make sure they are clean and free from any debris. Additionally, check the power supply to ensure it’s functioning correctly. If the tubes and power supply are fine, it might be worth examining the device’s settings to ensure they’re configured correctly for your environment. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, it’s possible there could be a fault with the detector itself, and you may need to contact Potter for further assistance or consider replacing the unit.
