I recently installed an Apollo SA4705-703APO smoke detector, but I’m having trouble with it. It seems to be giving false alarms frequently. What could be causing this issue, and how can I troubleshoot it?

It’s possible that the false alarms are being triggered due to environmental factors such as dust or humidity interfering with the detector’s sensors. I would recommend thoroughly cleaning the detector to remove any dust or debris that may have accumulated inside. Additionally, ensure that the detector is installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications and that it is not exposed to extreme temperatures or humidity levels. If the issue persists after cleaning and proper installation, it may be necessary to replace the detector or consult with a professional technician for further troubleshooting.
